New Assassin's Creed Confirmed For This Fiscal Year

Shortly after a screenshot and title for a new Assassin's Creed entry leaked, Ubisoft has confirmed the next game in the series will be out this fiscal year. It confirmed the upcoming title as part of its earnings report.

A specific release date wasn't provided, but we know Ubisoft is targeting a release by March 2018. A tweet about the game said, "a new era begins."
Very little information was provided, but Ubisoft says we'll learn more "soon." That info could be provided during E3 in June.

The game is reportedly called Assassin's Creed: Origins.
