4K Apple TV Utilizes An A10X Fusion Chip And 3 GB Of RAM

Specs for Apple's upcoming 4K set-top box have seemingly been revealed by some of the code included in firmware files. According to Steven Troughton-
Smith, who went through the code, the 4K Apple TV utilizes an A10X Fusion chip and 3 GB of RAM.
The most recent version of the set-top box only uses 2 GB of RAM and an A8 chip, so this will be a big upgrade. With this model, Apple will be using the same chip found in the iPad Pro.
AppleTV6,2, or 'Apple TV 4K' as it's officially called, has a three-core A10 Fusion CPU and 3GB RAM
The new Apple TV is likely to be revealed by Apple later today.

With these specs, the system will have an easier time supporting 4K content and it could even move towards becoming a better game platform.
